Questions, problems, ideas, or a request about your data: write to us and a person will reply.
We use what you send us only to answer you and act on what you ask or report. We delete emails, letters, and the number and any voicemail or text from a call or text within 12 months of your last contact. If we know a child under 13 has emailed, called, texted or written to us, we reply once and then delete what they sent.

- Your progress is saved on your own device, never on our computers, so we cannot restore it or move it to another device.
- To start over, or to delete everything the game keeps: from the main menu, open SETTINGS and choose ERASE MY DATA.
- Tilt feels off (phones): pause, choose RECALIBRATE TILT while holding the phone the way you like to play, or choose TOUCH in SETTINGS for on-screen buttons.
- If you write about a problem, tell us the device, the version shown on the title screen (for example v1.0.0) and the level number.
- An ad that seemed wrong (phone apps): if the game showed you an ad you think was inappropriate, email help@keerae.com, say what it showed and roughly when you saw it, and we will look into it.
